Wakefield UU Church Announcements —-June 12, 2011

Join us downstairs today for our end of year church potluck picnic will take place in the Social Hall after the service. There is always plenty of food, so pleas join us even if you could not bring an item.

The meditation group will meet downstairs today at 5:00 p.m.  This is a weekly event and all are welcome.

Rev. Maddie will be holding her regular office hours this Wednesday from 11:00—3:00 p.m. Our monthly Rise Up Singing Group will meet this Friday downstairs in our Social Hall.  Bring your Rise Up Singing book, if you have one and an instrument, if you would like.  All ages are welcome . Free of charge and open to the public.  The Rise up Singing Group meets on the third Friday of the month.

During the summer,  folks are once again invited to meet on Sundays for a walk at Breakheart at 9:00 a.m. and/or for breakfast at Brothers at 10:30 a.m. This is an informal arrangement, so please note that attendance varies from
week to week.

The blue-green graphic in the middle of the banner was originally created by Essential Services, Inc., for the UU Web Template project, funded in part by the Fund for Unitarian Universalism, and is also supported by the Prairie Star District of the Unitarian Universalist Association. The project was managed by Diana Allen at the First Unitarian Society of Minneapolis, MN.
Photos on the left and right sides of the banner and throughout this website were taken by members of the congregation.
