Community Involvement

Our Community Involvement offers many opportunities for concerned involvement with others:

• We staff My Brother's Table, a soup kitchen in Lynn, every other month.

• Each December, we sponsor at least one (usually 3-4) family's holiday celebration through the Salvation Army.

• We support the Wakefield Interfaith Food Panty and have a special collection each March and April.

• We support Gathering Change, Inc. and collect change during the month of May..

• Linden Tree Food coop allows basic food items to be purchased in bulk. Click HERE to contact George Snow for more information.

• Linden Tree Coffeehouse presents local and national folk performers.

• Our congregation supports Wakefield Climate Action Project by providing space for meetings and event.

• We make our church available on a shared space rental basis to a number of community groups. Current participants include:
• Riverside Community Health Care
• Kids Curtain Call
• Linden Tree Coffee House
• Wakefield Laugh Club 
• Irish Step Dance for children.
• Dog Training classes
• Fundraising concerts by various groups
