The 2009-2010 Standing Room Only concert series was such a resounding success that we are dong it again! You can read about the previous series HERE, and keep reading for preliminary information about this year's series.

"STANDING ROOM ONLY” SECOND SEASON PROMISES TOP ENTERTAINMENT
World music, holiday classics, musical comedy and angelic children characterize the 2010-11 Standing Room Only (SRO) series at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Wakefield. Proceeds from the concerts will benefit The Building Fund at 326 Main St, Wakefield.
With 7:00pm downbeats, the series presents world champion accordionist, Cory Pesaturo and his trio for A Trip Around the World on Saturday, October 2; A Candlelight Christmas II on Sunday, December 19, back by popular demand and again featuring Wakefield vocal all-stars, including Joseph Holmes and Holly Zagaria; a hilarious Valentine program of funny love duets, Love is Blind, featuring Leigh Barrett and music director Todd Gordon on Sunday, February 13; and a special appearance by The Boston Children’s Chorus on Saturday, April 16.
Regular single tickets for these benefit concerts are $25; senior (over 65) or student (under 18 or with student ID) tickets are $20. A limited number of 4-concert subscriptions are available at $85, $75 for seniors and students. Printed series brochures are available around town or they can be downloaded from www.wakefielduu.org.
